Bespoke Estate Agents, the independent estate agency serving Reading and the surrounding areas, has been shortlisted in two categories at The Negotiator Awards 2026: Regional Agency of the Year: South East and Estate Agency of the Year (Small), a UK-wide category.

For a business I founded in September 2023, being included on both a regional and a national shortlist is a proud moment. It is also an opportunity to thank the clients who have trusted Bespoke with their homes and the people who have recommended us to friends and family.
The finalists and winners will be announced at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, on 27 November 2026.
The two categories recognise agencies at different levels. Regional Agency of the Year: South East brings together businesses from across the region, while Estate Agency of the Year (Small) includes smaller agencies from across the UK.
The Negotiator Awards entries are assessed by a panel of industry leaders and property market experts. Judges are unpaid and must declare conflicts of interest.

After more than 30 years in estate agency, I founded Bespoke with a straightforward aim: to offer a more considered way to sell homes in Reading.
