Over three decades ago, Bespoke Estate Agents’ founder, Mark Heneghan, MNAEA, made his first sale in Reading, marking the beginning of an illustrious career in property. With each successful sale, Mark's passion for estate agency grew, setting him on a path of innovation and excellence across both independent and corporate agencies.
Recognised as an authority in the industry, Mark soon found that his commitment to personalising service clashed with the corporate trend of standardisation, which he referred to as a "square peg, round hole" approach. Working as Area Director for a well-known UK property firm, Mark realised that clients deserved more than one-size-fits-all solutions. Determined to create an agency that prioritized clients’ unique needs, he left the corporate world behind, founding Bespoke Estate Agents to provide tailored, people-focused service.
